We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, for an exchange or store credit. Unsuitable items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of our dispatch date. Returns received after the 14 days time frame will not be accepted. You must include the original receipt that we send out with orders. Any returned items that are not accompanied by this receipt will not be accepted. Merchandise purchased at full-price and also sale purchases are entitled to an exchange, unless they have been worn with visible signs of make up, sweat marks, deodorant or damaged as a result of bad handling of the garment when trying it on. 

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. 

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. KANSO will not issue exchanges or store credit for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping. Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. 

In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 14 days of notifying us, we will issue you store credit for the same amount.
