How can I place an order?

You can place an order at our webshop by choosing the product and colour, size and material. You can add several products to your basket and adjust the quantity before proceeding to payment. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will display this information on the website and you will not be able to order the product. To accomplish your order you will be asked to enter your personal data and payment information. There is no need to set up an account.

You can pay online via Credit or Debit Card using our secure Payment Gateway, Citruspay. If you order from within India, prices include VAT at 5%. For all countries outside India, local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

After you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 5 business days. We are based in Chennai (GMT+5:30 time zone) and operate Mon-Sat except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you by email and if applicable offer to cancel the order. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

 

Where are KANSO pieces manufactured?
All our shirts are designed and made in our studio in Chennai, India from start to finish.

 

How will I know if my order has been received?
A confirmation email will be sent to you as the order is being processed.

 

How will I know if my order has been sent out?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Your unique tracking number and an online link to the courier service will be also provided.

 

Do you accept cancellation on orders?
We do not accept cancellations on orders once placed.

 

Can I order from outside India?
Yes, you can.

 

Do you deliver outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally.

 

What are the delivery rates?
For all orders within India, we offer free delivery. For International orders, we offer Tracked Speed Post delivery for INR 1500 and an International Priority Delivery with FedEx as well at INR 5000.

 

What do I do if I have received my order but an item is missing?
Please contact us on hello@kanso.in and we will have a look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?
Although we try our best to get your orders correct each time, if we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us on hello@kanso.in with your name, contact details and product description and we will advise you on how to return the item to us.

 

Do you accept returns or refunds?
We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. If you are not fully happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit. Please refer to our Return Policy page for exclusions and further details. 

 

How do I use store credit?

When will my purchase be delivered?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days within India and 10-15 business days to all other countries from the date of dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. Please email us at hello@kanso.in to confirm before you place your order. KANSO reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

 

How will my purchases be delivered?

All our shipments are sent by FedEx or India Post from our studio in Chennai. For International orders, depending on your selection, your purchases will be delivered by Tracked Speed Post or FedEx. A signature is required upon receipt as all goods are sent with recorded delivery.
